She has held leadership roles with national real estate development and construction companies, bringing hands-on experience in regional management, pre-leasing, rebranding, repositioning, and value-add projects for luxury new construction and urban communities.

Tiana currently serves as Senior Manager of Industry Relations with the National Apartment Association, where she helps create content for NAAEI and serves as the staff liaison for the Operations Committee.

Her professional credentials include NALP, CAPS, Lyceum, and LEAD recognition through the National Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Kansas City. She has also served as a board member and Chair of the DEI Committee for the Apartment Association of Kansas City.
