In this episode of Saving With Steve, host Steve Sexton is joined by Patricia Kolesa MS, RDN, a registered dietitian.

My guest, Patricia Kolesa, RDN, joins us today to talk about healthy nutrition and meal prep on a budget. She shares how to compile a grocery list prior to going to the store in a way that makes your shopping experience smooth and easy, the benefits of buying certain bulk items that can be used in multiple recipes, ways to properly freeze and store food items to reduce food waste, and bulk recipes that can last for days and be frozen for future meals. Patricia also dispels various common diet myths about nutrition and meal prep.
